ProForceOnline.com Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2:30 pm MST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after this time, on weekends, or Federal holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Fedex Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2 Day, and Express Saver are shipping methods that can be requested at the time of checkout for an additional fee. Shipping charges are calculated for each address and are based on the weight of the order placed as well as the shipping service requested. All shipping charges are calculated and displayed before the order is completed.

Purchase of certain accessories requires a copy of your department issued ID on file with PROFORCE. A disclaimer appears when these items are put in the Shopping Cart and they cannot be shipped to anyone without proper credentials on file with PROFORCE.

Original shipping charges are not refundable on returned items. F.O.B. ProForce Prescott.

Returns will only be returned to your account for refund, credit or replacement if they are returned in a new, unused and unopened condition. Any return must be received no later than 30 days after original invoice date.

If your product is defective and needs repair according to a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly or the ProForce Support Center at 800-367-5855 for assistance in contacting the manufacturer.

Original Invoice must accompany all returns or the invoice number must be given in order to receive proper credit.

Returned items are subject to 20% restocking fee.
